This cafe has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are really nice. Lisa was really friendly and Aga made a really nice latte with amazing latte art!

I popped in for a coffee and savoury snack. Although there was a slight delay with my food due to a mix up the service was great and Lisa/Tilly sorted it out quickly between tham and with concern for me. The atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, which is especially important when you're alone as I was today. I had... More

Went to grab a drink and brush up on some chemistry with some other students from uni to prep for our exam. I also took my dog Moj, because he goes everywhere with me. We encountered lovely staff and positive vibes! Moj was especially welcomed by the staff and got a lot of fuss from other customers too. He was... More

I went in today stimulated by my University of Bristol 10% staff discount, having been to two or three across the country. Service by all staff is brilliant, friendly and on the ball. Now, about the dark chocolate milkshake - I've been searching for that for 40 years! Had one far away as a kid which was so amazing that... More

The food was very tasty (sweetcorn hash) but it was a very small portion considering the £8.15 price. Also my boyfriend had finished his scrambled eggs by the time my food was brought to me so it wasn't the nicest experience. Food nice, price not so much.

Hey, Thanks for your feedback! The sweetcorn hash is my absolute favourite thing on the menu! I know it’s a bit on the pricey side, but as we have had an increase in our prices from our suppliers and therefore we are having to bump our prices up as a result. With regards to the food arriving separately, if the... More

Visited for an mid-afternoon bite at the end of April. No queues at order point, but service was very slow, with the apparently-student staff more interested in talking to their student friends than assisting prospective customers. No stamp - nor pen - available to mark loyalty card (we 'were' BTP regulars at this point). Order - for two teas and... More

Visited for a late lunch. Became an extremely late no lunch. Whilst waiting with our very average smoothies we noticed complete inability to deliver food to the correct table or clear empty tables. Over an hour passed until only a partial refund was offered. Ignore the pretty facade, this place is woefully equipped for functioning when busy.

These people serve a mean hot chocolate on the go. They also serve chocolate tea something i heard for the first time but was vary to try. It is at the junction at makes for a good pitstop or a stopover before resuming the walk to the city centre. I sat here for about 20 minutes on a cold morning... More

Really disappointed in my visit here after a good review for BTP Chiswick Village, I found the staff really slow and uninterested in my custom!

Hi Simon Huge apologies for the lacklustre visit you seem to have had. we aim to create a warm welcoming atmosphere, with staff that are attentive and happy, which sounds the polar opposite to what you experienced. Could I get a bit more info on your visit... the date, and time, so I can identify who was on shift, and... More

The whole family turned up here age ranges 3 to 63 and there wass something for all of us . Very child friendly where games were provided for the kids but also there were a lot of achingly trendy 20-30year olds and all fitted in and felt very welcome . Great relaxed atmosphere friendly service and a great burger .
