We meet here for lunch once a month with friends as it offers such good value for money. The various meats on offer are well cooked and the vegetables hot and fresh. The meat is carved and the veg is help yourself. There are two sizes of meals, the larger for a modest increase in price.

Sunday morning breakfast. Food had been sat for a long time and was not replenished often. Had to ask for our table to be cleaned. Staff seemed disengaged. Not a great Toby experience like the many others I have visited.

What a great meal for 6.95 - food was delicious and staff very friendly You can go back for potatoes and veg if you like, the turkey and ham was delicious, and gravy was really good. A really good meal - thank you!

This toby carvery, is one of the best my wife and I have visited. The carvery was very good, and the waiter service was spot on, nice clean place with plenty of room, and lots of car parking spaces outside.

We've ended up here three times over the last couple of weeks, purely for convenience. The carvery is pretty much as you'd expect, as there's a choice of four meats, and a good selection of veg, although the veg can vary in terms of how hot it is. Both times, we were able to get a table straight away, and... More

We have visited this restaurant many times over the years, and it continues to offer good value for money. An excellent location at the side of the M53. Ample car parking on site. All staff friendly and very helpful. A great carvery offering four meats. This is a very popular restaurant. It is a good idea to book in advance... More

Great quality food at a great price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went at lunch time and the food was beautiful and there was plenty of choice. Would definitely visit again.

Haven't been for quite a while. The place has all been up-graded. We had a short wait for a table, but that is to be expected. We were given a table near to the bar, where it wasn't particularly warm. We went up for our carvery & had a choice of four meats. I chose beef, pork & turkey. There... More

Food was cooked fresh and was topped up to the level of custom my real concern was that the men's toilet in the dining area was out of order therefore all the male customers were using the bar facilities...there was no hand soap so every male customer could not wash their hands which is very unhygienic when the eating venue... Hi Deb, Apologies that the Gents toilets were out of service, we had unfortunately had a leak in there which meant that they were temporarily closed. They are now reopen and the soap fully stocked. More

Myself and partner popped in here on our way home from Llangollen, having been her before we were looking forward to a nice roast dinner, on arrival we were told there was a 45 minute wait, we got drinks and sat and waited, when we were evenually shown to our table we were asked by our waitress if we would... Description
Welcome to the Toby Carvery Hoole Village. When it comes to roast dinners, we really know our stuff. Every day our chefs lay on a feast of tender, hand-carved meats with all the trimmings - including towering Yorkshire puds, golden roasties with all those lovely little crunchy bits, and plenty of freshly prepared veg, all crowned with proper gravy. So it's no wonder we're Chester's favourite carvery restaurant. Drop by and you'll find lots more on offer, including cooked breakfasts and tasty specials.
