Lovely, spacious rooms, light & airy.Good, varied menu. Service friendly but the waitress could have paid more attention to detail. It did not deter from our enjoyment of the meal but we had to ask for cutlery, condiments, & water several times.

Nice building, well presented with a casual dining area and restaurant area. The food is good, mid-range pub grub at a reasonable price. Children friendly.

Stayed nearby at Rowton Hall, ate here as an alternative to the Hotel. Lovely position on the Canal. Really nice Pub Food at good prices and a great setting on sunny days. Staff were friendly and efficient.
