Excellent breakfasts such as smoked salmon & scrambled egg and spinach, Smoked salmon with eggs benedict, fresh orange juice and excellent coffee. What more could one ask for. Dinners are very good too, though overall, a little bit pricy, along with the wine.

We stayed in the Artists Residence, the hotel the restaurant belongs to. We ate there our first night and it was so good we booked straight away for the second night! We also had breakfast in the restaurant which was also great. All the food...More

We booked breakfast here because we came off the Sleeper train from Paddington and thought a slap up breakfast was deserved. And it didn't disappoint. Delicious smoked salmon, eggs benedict, toast, coffee, juice, you name it - all disappeared in a trice. YUMM

Really wished we had stayed here rather than the dire Union Hotel down the road (don't stay there). This place (a little pricey) was superb. Chilled, relaxed and stylish. Would definitely go back again.

I think this place has a lot to offer, great building nice surroundings, interesting menu. I had apple and celeriac soup, my wife had the chicken burger with really nice chips, all very tasty. The staff just need to pay more attention.

If you run a restaurant you need to provide a service that is a) knowledgeable and b) attentive. Sadly on our weekend visit for brunch we experienced neither. Our waitress didn't seem to know anything about the menu - we had a member of our...More
