Restaurant pretty quiet for a change. Have always been really pleased but this time staff inattentive. Order the 'fish 'n chips' for a change but fish was odd, not like cod or haddock. Huge flakes, clearly not a proper fillet of any fish. Inside batter...More
We had lunch here yesterday and unfortunately I now feel compelled to write this not so favourable review. I was charge £1.75 for a splash of soda in my spritzer which most pubs don't charge for and £3.50 for a tomato salad that consisted of...More
Stopped with friends for dinner. The booth was compact if you have longer legs. The waiter very kindly explained the fresh fish available for us and took our drinks order. Service is prompt and friendly and they’ll happily recommend on how to cook the fish...More
I booked online stating that we were celebrating birthdays so a nice touch was a birthday card signed by all. The staff waiting on the table. There is the main menu plus there are the daily fish catches that the waiting staff indicate via captions...More
A great place for a Friday night fish supper, staff were very knowledgable, knew which fish they were serving that night along with the accompaniments.
Normally use Rockfish Torquay but tried Dartmouth, brilliant selection of fresh fish and staff so very friendly. Will be back for more.

This place is a cut above when it comes to fish and chips or any other dish you choose. Service and staff were great and the food incredible. Highly recommended
a bit posher than normal fish and chips, good selection in the menu and the specials. Service is disconnected. Tasty, endless chips seemingly. But was expecting a little more.
