I have rated this 4 star purely because we didn't eat, we just had a hot drink. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the menu though as there were a few vegetarian options (including vege chilli and a vege breakfast) and the prices looked...More

Perfect weather today and lots of people around because of second day of National Fireworks competition. Pleased to spot the Cakewhole delivery van outside which I hope means that there will be a consistent stock of excellent cakes.

Visited Jennycliffe Cafe this afternoon. Lovely pot of tea with decent size mugs! Great toasted teacake & butter.

We always go to Jennycliffe cafe when we visit Plymouth, and this year's visit was as enjoyable as ever. We noted that the window glazing units had been renewed so there was a clear view of Plymouth Sound rather than the old "misty" view, though...More

The cafe itself is a modest and basic venture. It's got limited home made food and only accepts cash. The cafe itself is nothing to write home about, however, it's in a great spot so you don't pay too much attention. Friendly atmosphere. Brilliant view...More

We went to Jennicliff Cafe today for lunch. We both had pasty and tea, however, the pasty was only just luke warm and the tea was not of good quality. The cafe only had a couple of windows, which on a very warm day like...More

We arrived just after 4 pm on a Saturday afternoon hoping for a Cream Tea as we were in Devon! There were a number of staff members slumped behind the counter and a sign on the counter saying the kitchen was closed. A man was...More

Thought we would pop up to the cafe for a bite to eat as we hadn't been there for a while. It didn't look good as we approached the place, as there was rubbish strewn all over the place around the bins. As we went...More

Same as above. They are a cash only business. I can recommend their all day breakfast and ham, egg & chips. Great value for money and lovely views across the Sound.

Yes, there is a large free car park & plenty of level grassland. Don't recommend riding too close to the cliff so stick to top end beside car park and you will be fine.

Ive seen lots of kids in here and dogs outside. The food is fairly standard cafe fare. Nothing 'out and out' healthy but no mars bars deep fried in batter.
