Went there to use up some vouchers. I had the cheese and onion pasty which was very nice, it was packed full to the rafters, which was why it weighed a ton with 2 in the bag to take home. Husband had the giant steak pasty and it was giant. He had to wait 5 minutes so it came fresh... More

Haven eaten pasties for many many years in Plymouth the traditional steak pasty I had was unfortunately only average, but had the potential to be a lot better, even good. So why average I hear you say! Well my pasty compared to other good pasties lacked in overall flavor. I had no turnip in my pasty and very little onion... More

I have had many pasties throughout Plymouth. I have to say the traditional steak pasty was gorgeous and throughly recommended!

I can't thank the team enough for being so observant, I have just got off a long flight and was trying to sort out a business problem from my laptop, a lovely regular was talking to me, I would usually be more than happy to talk but I really had to sort out my business problem but I didn't want... Favorite pasties in Plymouth and I've worked for many competitors in my past. What can I say the balance of flavors are always right, always cooked to perfection and just yummy. Staff are helpful and friendly and always offer cheaper deals if available.

Have visited this pasty house several times over the years and have noticed the pasties gradually getting smaller with the meal being filled out with side salad. That said, they are as tasty as ever and are probably the best pasty in Plymouth. Very busy, to be expected on a cold day near Christmas, but good service and pleasant staff.

Our first visit to this pasty cafe and we were quite impressed, especially with the staff. They all seem to have been to "the charm school" and they were also very efficient. The pasties were average, and the floor could have done with a really good sweep, but we will return because the staff made it a pleasant lunch break.

Used to sell cracking pasties, always hot and well filled with good quality ingredients. The staff are great, and the place is very clean, however....... They have changed slightly the ingredients, the pasties aren't what they were a few weeks back...sorry, off back to Oggy Oggy (mind you, I left them for the same reason!)...time will tell!

Attractive shop; great selection of tasty, well-priced local pasties; efficient, friendly and hardworking staff. What more could you want? I travelled from the other side of England to revisit this place, and it was worth it. (Well, we did plenty of other visiting and sightseeing too... but you get the idea!)

Description
A brave and bold new business has opened in Plymouth and Tavistock making classic pasties and a good deal more. Mostly eaten in the shop but also to take away. A good new source of quality pasties and a welcome addition to the food options in the city. The Tavistock cafe has already got a Tripadvisor listing. Time I hope for the Plymouth cafe to be listed as well?
