Walking into this large, eclectic furnished Cafe, you feel welcomed. Service was friendly and helpful. Lots of walk in traffic. Comfy sofas. Had two ploughman sandwiches. Prices reasonable. Enjoy.

The place was empty on arrival so was unsure of what to expect. However it was more warming to walk into than some others in the area. Had a BLT and the wife had the cheese ploughmans. Both very nice. For a non expensive welcoming cafe and delicatessen it's worth a go. Friendly service and likes to let you know... More

Visited here last week, best ham, egg and chips I have ever had. My partner ordered the mushroom omlette which was equally delicious. Great service and a friendly atmosphere. We just dropped in by chance and were so happy we did, we'll definitely be going back next time we are in Torquay.

For that light luncheon, perhaps when waiting for a room to be ready at a hotel on the English Riviera, this makes the best choice for a luncheon. Light, good choice and well presented.

We've had lunch at Tudors and enjoyed the food and service, my partner had steak & kidney pie with chips & gravy. He loved it so much that he remembered the flavour and recently rang Tudors ordering 2 pies for me to collect. They were amazing !! We had them for our evening meal with chips and beans, divine. Would... More

Visited here wanting a late lunch after a visit to the model village. Staff were lovely and helpful and lots of food available- pasties, cakes, ploughmans, Panini's etc. Reasonable priced and very tasty.

Lovely cakes and savoury pies etc, good range of choice. Delicious hot and cold drinks, all served by friendly and welcoming staff that make you feel like nothing is too much trouble - the serving lady came chasing out after me when I'd left my little boy's gingerbread man behind on the table!

Made a mistake in ordering a Ploughman's Lunch of the menu. It was the smallest portion conceivable, the bread was one slice from a pre cut loaf cut in half. The tiny ramekin of pickle was horrible tasting. Two triangles of cheese, four tiny silver-skin onions & just enough salad to fit into a sandwich completed the offering. Dreadful.

Stopped for lunch here, Attractive entrance, interesting window displays and a good menu. Pies and Pasties all home made and really tasty. Shepherds pies really good and then a cream tea to follow, What more can you ask for, except a sleep for a few hours!. Good quick service from a cheery and helpful waitress. Don't pass the door if...
