Stopped in here after getting the south Devon railway steam train from buckfastleigh for some lunch with my daughter. The goats cheese and caramelised onion panini was delicious! And my 10 year old loved her 'buttery' jacket potato. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy and welcoming, very basic but sells good food, caters for vegeterians. We always pop in for a good coffee and a plate of freshly cooked chips. Only downfall, no salt and no ketchup!! Think they need to stock up but overall friendly and the food that other people ordered looked really good!

We visited Totnes on market day (Friday) when the town is bustling & the car parks are full. I like to try vegetarian options in Totnes because the choices are so good but today the Tweenager didn't feel like joining in so the Brioche Cafe was an excellent compromise. I had the spicy bean burger which came with a delicious... More

When in Totnes shopping, I always drop in at The Brioche Cafe for coffee. Have tried a lot of other cafes in Totnes, but always come back to The Brioche. Good coffee, friendly atmosphere, excellent service.

My friend & I visited this small cafe & were very disappointed with our food. I had ordered a Cheddar cheese Ploughman's which came with pickle, coleslaw, salad along with the cheese & 2 slices of thin granny bread & apple, Big disappointment when it arrived as I had a few leaves of green salad mixture,1 slice of cucumber, a quarter... We live in Totnes and often go to The Brioche Cafe for breakfasts or lunch - every time the food and service is superb. Our favs are the veggie breakfasts, jackets with goats cheese/beetroot and the wraps - all really nice and good sized portions. The coffee served here is also excellent.

The Brioche is one of the few places in Totnes which you can rely on to serve really good value food and drink with no airs & graces. Freshly prepared food, generous portions, friendly service and a totally relaxed atmosphere. Shoppers, business people and the relaxed hippy population all use this top of town cafe - its great.

The Brioche is just a great little cafe. Serves good simple and tasty food, good quality at reasonable prices. Eaten here lots of times. Always friendly and never disappointed. Decent fresh coffee. Particularly like the outdoor seating, which is covered - a relaxing place to watch the world go by. On the high street so lots of fantastic little shops... More

Had a fabulous lunch here; a toasted sandwich with salad and coleslaw. A little expensive but really yummy and the staff were so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Coffee was great, too.

The food is good and is very reasonably priced. You get friendly, efficient service from the waitress'. There are some tables outside on the pavement and there appears to be many regular local customers. A cafe not to miss when in Totnes.
