We have visited this restaurant a number of times in the past and have always found it to be pretty good. In a recent return we had a very surreal experience. It was a Saturday night before Christmas and we were able to get a...More

Well, thank you for the comment about service. Tortilla is cooked on order so I would hope is decent if not much better than others microwaved from the previous day (if lucky). You ordered a second one so hopefully it was good. Despite your comment...More

I visited here with friends on a Sunday night on New Years Eve. We were welcomed and seated straight away. The drinks menu is very limited, however they do have spirits that aren't advertised on the menu, so you just need to ask. Lots to...More

Ordered to collect with my boyfriend 20 mins before they had actually opened and the owner had it ready for us within 40. Amazing tapas with a huge variety and the owner gave us some great recommendations when we ordered! Thank you!

Ok so where do you eat on Christmas night when Brighton has shut down, AguaDulce that's where!! Literally got blown into this little restaurant by the severe gales coming off the sea front. We noticed they had Estrella Galicia on draught, so this was the...More

We hadn't been since it first opened (replacing Latin in the Lane) but went last Saturday as most of our favourite restaurants were fully booked. We were surprised to find it nearly empty, but soon realised why. Two very scruffy waiters, the more senior one...More

We are regulars of Agua Dulce. Traditional Andalusian Tapas dishes with regular specials that change week to week. The paella is also very good as is the Sangria! Perfect for date night or birthday celebrations, the staff are extremely friendly and the chef has been...More

Some eateries offer the cuisine but not always the atmosphere to match with the cuisine. I personally enjoy being reminded of the relaxed personality and ambience of Spain, and Aguadulce does that for me. This includes the more continental approach of passing the time with...More

Located on the Kings Road in Brighton, Bar Aguadulce is a bright and buzzy spot popular with locals and day-trippers from the capital who all love the down-to-earth atmosphere and authentic Spanish menu. Serving everything from tapas to fresh fish and homemade puddings, Bar Aguadulce is a good spot for get-togethers and after-work drinks-and-dinner dates. The restaurant has homely, um-pretentious and informal, with a very chilled vibe and the service is friendly. Strongly recommended are the Paellas and Rice dishes of which they are absolute specialists. Pop in for a glass of Sherry from their extensive selection, have it with a little tapa, or for a Schooner of the best Spanish beer imported in to the UK. Another feature worth mentioning is their menu which can be entirely prepared in a CELIAC friendly way. Gluten-free beers are also available and their gluten-free bread is baked in house by the Head Chef.
