My partner and I, have started to favour this pub for our Sunday lunch. The food is always excellent. This week we ate with a couple of friends. When we pointed out that two of the meals didn't have roast potatoes( although some great mash),...More

Popped in after an exhausting day getting some culture looking at the open houses. This is a warm relaxing pub with good beer and food. Busy but bar staff were friendly and efficient.

Recently nicely refurbished, food is really good but several times has been randomly closed. It seems that the previously loyal locals are largely voting with their feet. Support your local pub and "use it or lose it": bit hard when you walk up there and...More

I like the refurbished Prestonville because it provides good dining for a wider clientele and an attractive but more traditional pub setting for the local community. However a few times recently it has closed early, before normal pub closing times, without warning. I've been quite...More
