This café is lovely! Traditional checked table clothes and intimate inside. The menu is quite large, offering every sort of breakfast and also lunches. I had eggs benedict with hash browns which was delicious! The eggs were done perfectly. They also do freshly squeezed orange juice - a must with breakfast. Great service too.

My husband and I visited here for breakfast on a recent trip to Brighton after searching through trip advisor for a cafe serving "proper breakfast". We were not disappointed. We both chose the farmhouse hash with extra black pudding. Wow, omg, it was huge, tasty and I couldn't finish mine despite my best efforts. The staff are friendly and the... More

very nice little place, you would be lucky to get a seat, yes its small but is popular aswell. Food is truly homemade and very tasty, The farmhouse hash was deeeellish, wife had one with avocado on it, just couldn't eat it all but said it was lovely, 4 adults and a child had a hearty meal for about £40.

Found this place as it was close to the hotel. What an amazing breakfast, I couldn't eat it a ll as there was so much. And it was delicious. If you are in Brighton this place is a must for breakfast.

Having not been for a while I was relieved that Billies, despite staff changes, remains the same. Awesome food, plentiful portions, homely surroundings and friendly staff The hash in all its variations is a must have for any Brightonian or the casual visitor. Rarely does an eaterie last this long, the reason for Billies success is clear. Excellent

These guys really know how to make a hash of your breakfast. And I mean that in the best possible way. Finally, I managed to get a table on a Saturday morning. It's compact and bijou, and I had to wait outside the front door for ten minutes...but it was worth it. I opted for the legendary Farmhouse Hash -... More

Had the breakfast. It was ok though the tomato tasted tart and the culinary delights of the much-vaunted local sausages eluded me. Winter had arrived but no discernible heating and, as if to reinforce the point, a gust of wind from a passing truck was enough to cause the front door to open wide blasting me, thankfully temporarily, with cold...
