Thank you so much for the evening we had here last July. The food was seriously amazing, but not too expensive, and the staff was so nice and helpful. Would totally recommend!!!

You can see why this restaurant is so busy when you just look at the great presentation of the dishes on display, viewed surreptitiously when walking past the many windows it has. Use of fruits to lighten and contrast the flavours, as well as adding colour to the plate, were done very well. Tempura dishes were also perfect. Inexpensive dishes... More

My partner and I have wanted to go to Food for Friends for quite some time and when we finally had a chance to visit, it did not disappoint! The staff were lovely and the food was great!! I had the cauliflower steak and it was such a good choice! I'd highly recommend it!

Stopped in on the bank holiday after Easter. Two of the four of us were vegan and the other two were game for experimenting. Host graciously squeezed us in between bookings. Enjoyed a sharing platter and a couple other small plates and the server was fantastic with suggestions and making sure we ordered exactly what we wanted. Ordered fun nonalcoholic... More

This will be a short review, quite simply I am not a vegetation or vegan although was vegetarian for a long time; I can safely say this is one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. I was sceptical on being asked to go here although the girlfriend is vegetarian, simply because from experience of when other places... More

Prior to visiting Brighton, I researched restaurants on TripAdvisor and had this beauty on my wishlist. Thankfully, we managed to find it and were first one in line for the venue as it opened at lunch. We went there straight after we got off the Brighton station. We did not have a reservation, however, the friendly staff did us a... More

We usually avoid vegan food but thankfully we made an exception for this one. It did not disappoint us. Make sure you have a large appetite as their portions are quite generous. Me and wife played safe by going for mains only. I had the open ravioli and later helped my wife finish her dish of King oyster mushroom. Both... More

After doing some research I decided that during our 2 day visit to Brighton we'd eat lunch at Food for Friends. My partner was unaware at first that it was a vegetarian restaurant, I thought it would take him out of his comfort zone. We decided on the sharing platter with non-alcoholic cocktails and the macaroni cheese for our son.... More
