Friendly welcome and great breakfast, all fresh, hot and tasty (minus the tomato as requested). Good value too. This was my first visit and I am looking forward to returning to try something else on the varied menu. Great freshly cooked breakfast in a small but very friendly cafe, food is hot & cooked to order so may take a short while but worth the wait for the quality. Nice staff who can't do enough for you.

Delicious cooked breakfast for decent price, plus a sausage muffin special. We walked here along the river and were lucky to get a table just as the lunch rush started. Hosts were so friendly and the cafe had a very nice vibe.

2 of us had a really lovely traditional meal and dessert today Steak and Ale homemade pie mash and peas lovely gravy followed by spotted dick and custard 2 had macaroni cheese with sweet potatoes fries was very tasty and good portion size Give it...a try well.worth it 👍😊More

One of the best and unusual breakfasts I have ever had. The haggis was lovely. Good value for money. The owners and staff were very friendly. Defiantly will be going back again.
Stewart cooked me sirloin steak, which was not on the menu. Very tasty and beautifully presented. Excellent value for money too. You do need to book, this was a Friday but for Stewart's Sunday roasts you do need to book a table!
I took my wife out for breakfast at Miss Ellie's cafe. The food was freshly cooked, hot & plenty of it, great value for money. The owner was very welcoming &as were the rest of his staff. It was a great start to a Sunday....We will certainly go back again as it was a lovely way to start the day.More

We visit miss Ellies Regularly... Best cafe in Southampton. Food is delicious, breakfast is never greesy and they have lots of other options which are also amazing! Small and friendly, worth a visit! 5* always!
What a lovely little place. We had one roast lamb, a triple decker sandwich and a veg breakfast. Ample food, well presented and quite quick. Pleased I found the place on Tripadvisor. If you want to eat here on a Sunday, make sure you book.

Today we had visited Miss Ellie’s Cafe to try their full English after reading all of the positive reviews online. All we can say is wow ! Both the lady who was serving and the chef were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we...walked in. The cafe it’s self spotless and has a lovely feel about it. There are plenty of different food options available to suit all at and at a reasonable price. We both had a full English and it was amazing! The food was fresh and cooked really well.This was definitely value for money. The staff clearly take pride in the cafe and are more than happy to check if you are happy with your food and if they can do anything for you. Thank you for a lovely meal, we will be sure to recommend you to friends and family and return in the future :)More
