We have been here a few times over the years and it has not disappointed yet. The food is really good, the service fine but one of the reasons to eat here on a sunny Sunday lunchtime is to have our meal in the pretty garden at the rear. It is a sun trap and well shielded from any wind.... More

We arrived having taken our grandchildren to the theatre and were sent down to the basement. Dingy, cold and dark which did not impress. Better tables empty on the ground floor but we were told they were booked despite being empty when we arrived and when we left. Maybe it was because we had two children with us although they... I'm really sorry to hear about this, Mark - it does sound massively disappointing, and I know that we can do a lot better than this. If you don't mind, it'd be really helpful to discuss this further with you so we can try to put things right. If you'd be prepared to let us do that, could you drop... More

Having been to several other branches of this chain we popped into the Canterbury one and was very impressed. What a delightful atmosphere and the different dining areas made for a cosy evening Shown to our table we were given a glass of homemade lemonade , nice touch. Delicious food. Definitely a revisit is in order. The only down side... More

I visited with a large group of friends for a birthday meal. We were given our own room which was nice. The staff were very friendly and didn't rush us at all. The food was good considering there was such a large group to cater for, and it all came out at around the same time.

A starter of meats and garlic bread started the meal in a tasty way. The three main courses of bolognese, lasagne and chicken mushroom risotto were all delicious. The room we were in was very echoy and it could be difficult to have a conversation if the room was busy.

Had a lovely lunch at ASK Italian on Saturday 29th April 2017. The staff are friendly and professional, great service, not bad range of dish choices could have a slightly bigger choice if I was being critical. However food portions are reasonable and well presented. My second visit here and still love it here and would recommend this restaurant to... More

We managed to get a reservation last minute and on a Friday night which was quite nice. However there wasn't a lot of alcohol choice and definitely not champagne which was sad considering it was my 21st. The prosecco was amazing thought. The price difference between the normal size of food and the small size was quite a bad difference.... More

This restaurant used to be very good value for money until about three years ago, now the portions are smaller, there is less choice on the menu and the staff seem to be in another world half of the time. I have had cold pasta served up on more than one occassion
