Had been thinking of eating here for a while, so was excited to try it out for lunch. Food was very average which was disappointing as the prices are very expensive for the area. No wow factor, but not awful either. Unfortunately I left disappointed.

We were visiting Dover with some colleagues from work and found this place for a quick lunch. The food was freshly prepared, the wine selection was very food and the deserts were delicious. Beautiful decoration throughout although service is a bit slow.

My daughter booked a table here for afternoon tea. What a pleasant surprise. Lovely bistro style premises. Bare floor boards, pleasantly decorated and lovely stained glass windows which date back to an earlier use. Very friendly and a lovely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble....More

Dried dead flies scattered along windowsill. Filthy in general. Cook was filthy, went for a smoke outside restaurant, threw cigarette on floor then continued to cook without washing hands. Informed the owner, not interested in the slightest. Left our food, never to return.More

Small car park at the rear of the Town Hall, opposite us on Ladywell Road. I believe it's free after 5:30 pm, but check the car park notice board to confirm this.
