Abraham's food never disappoints whether you are having breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea and cakes. Seating is limited and you can expect it to be busy at lunchtime. Pleased that on this visit there were no dogs otherwise would have had to eat elsewhere.

It's now a tradition that we start a week's fell-walking with lunch in here. Everything is superb. The broth could keep you going for a week, the coffee is great, the chicken, bacon and onion marmalade panini is addictive, the cakes are top notch, the...More

As a regular customer I am extremely dissapointed to have to say I will not be back. The change in policy to allow dogs into the tearoom is a step too far. Dogs and food do not mix. What about people with an allergy to dogs...More

I've previously had some amazing food here which really pushed past the normal cafe fair. Although on this occasion my food was still very good, it was not as exciting or interesting as previous experiences which stopped my review being 5 stars. The coffee was...More

After a day's walking, there is no better place an Abraham's for a lovely meal, sandwich or cake with a hot drink. For me Abrahams is the Lake District! It's like coming home really.

Sadly the coffee was fairly average here and not really made to Barista standards. That said the food being served around us looked amazing and the staff were both friendly and conscientious. Views and shop also great.

Great location, really friendly staff and superb fresh food. Perfect for a lunch stop. Only issue to some are the stairs. Would recommend the sandwiches and Americano coffee

Tucked away at the top of the store, this is an excellent find. Lunches looked lovely, but I just had a pot if tea (3 cups) and a huge cherry scone with masses of cream and jam. At just over £5 this was excellent value.

Hi Caribean2, Many thanks for your questions. We don't do an actual afternoon tea, as such, I'm afraid but you could always make up, or ask for, a selection from our menu. Sadly, we're not set-up for vouchers, as the cafe... More
