Just ate a super, freshly-cooked, lunch at this lovely friendly cafe. Most importantly, it's dog-friendly!

I loved this café before, but now we have a little dog and my choice of 'eateries' seems limited, I like it even more because they welcome dogs. They even gave her two dog biscuits on her own plate! The food, as ever, is lovely and the staff are friendly and efficient. We sat upstairs in the little cosy corner... More

Called in here for breakfast. It was great. From outside it would be easy to walk past on this busy little street. If you did it would be a shame as the people here really care about food and know how to make tasty wholesome food. The coffees were great as well, a cut above any of the chains.

Best coffee in Penrith go in most weeks. But it is getting more like a kennel. Owners seam to thick their dogs can do no wrong in the way getting in, blocking the toilets and yapping permanently. When asked to move dog to get passed all you get is a filthy look. Not everyone are comfortable with dogs

Not the biggest of menus but the quality and value for money is very good. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly and a little treat for them too. We had a late lunch and coffee which met our requirements perfectly.

Was visiting Penrith and needed a dog-friendly place that served a decent breakfast. This place ticked both boxes. Visited for a second time today and the dog got two little biscuits, which was a nice touch. The service both times was excellent.

We had already had lunch at Rheged and visited the Narrowbar Café for a mid afternoon cuppa after wandering around the shops. We shared a big pot of tea and M had a delicious date flapjack. But having seen the menu on the blackboard we wished we were able to have another lunch - lots of veggie choices and it... More
