Tasty meal and enjoyed the added bonus of having a window seat to look over Windermere as we ate. Food is a little overpriced but is probably bumped up for the view and secluded location, which was beautiful. Food was delicious and beautifully presented but starter portion was on the small side. Despite that we left with full tummies as... More

Poor vegetarian options and the same choices every night. Lots of the Desserts are ruined by adding popping candy to them, It doesn't work.

Really enjoyed all the food was decent portions and well cooked. The price for food was cheap for what you got but drinks were more expensive. The decor is very out dated but the view from the window makes you not notice and the food was great. Will be returning on next vist

Amazing restaurant staff. Friendly and welcoming but it is way over the top - I am capable of putting my napkin on my lap. Maybe fine dining just is not for us! Food was served in good timing but was not very tasty considering the price. The sauce in my chicken was mushroom but tasted burnt. The rest of my... More

Food was reasonably priced with the option of 2,3 or 5 courses, plus bar food. We were unexpectedly served canapes whilst waiting in the comfortable and spacious lounge area for our table. The restaurant was laid out with tasteful decor and both the food and service were excellent.

We were guests at the hotel and opted for the on-site restaurant for our first night. We weren't disappointed. On arrival we were seated in the large lounge area and given menus to peruse - quite liked this old-school relaxed approach. We were also brought some canapés and I really liked this little touch. The menu offers quite a selection... More

We have just returned from a stay at the Beech Hill hotel where we ate at Burlingtons restaurant on the night we were there whilst celebrating my husbands birthday. Well where to start? What a disappointment Our booking was at 8:15pm. We had been sat in the hotel bar waiting for our table & we're not seated until about 8:30pm.... More
