A bit dated. Didnt feel or look clean. We got seated and within a couple of minutes was asked if we were ready to order not giving us a chance to look at the menu properly. Food ok I have had alot better. Son ordered...cheesy chips which was a big mistake as it felt like chips and cheese shoved in a microwave to warm..it was not pleasant at all and smelt. Would not be going back anytime soon.More

Visited this place many times and we have always enjoyed the karahi. Which is slightly expensive but good value. They serve either 1/2kg or 1 kg. It comes sizzling in a karahi and has been very good, Bursting of flavour. This time it was awful....We also ordered Nihari and it was half a lamb leg in water (and that still being nice). No flavor nothing about nihari in there. The atmosphere was dead. We were the only people dinning. Had stomach aches the next day. Won’t be going there again. When we told the owner he was not bothered. Also there’s something dodgy about their yellow sauce. It stains your fingers and is meant to be sweet mango chutney but there’s no flavor in there. It just makes the poppadoms look pretty.More

Brilliant food as always. The host/waitress called Zahra ensured we recieved all our food on time and even regularly came to our table to check if we required anything else. Wonderful food served by wonderful staff!

So took my mum and 15 of us to this restaurant for my mums birthday and was very disappointed! Firstly I had requested 3 high chairs on the phone booking and when we got there only 2were there at the table when asked for another...one was told they only had 3 and the 3rd was with another table, when they will finish their meal I would get the chair, so had to hold my son for a while! That was ok didn’t mind that but the other two high chairs where filthy!! Rice grains food stains! So my aunt and sis in law had to clean them I did tell them about it too! Then we ordered our food! Me and my husband ordered a mix grill sizzler! the lamb chops were soooo tough that I had to leave mine and the meat pieces were also very tough to eat! Also the starter was a bit too spicy for a mix grill! Then my uncle ordered a chicken madras which is supposed to be a spicy dish! And my husband asked for his chicken tikka masala to be spicy too both came out sweet and not spicy at all! I ordered a butter chicken which was more like a chicken tikka masala! But worst of al my little cousin ordered a Donna wrap and I’m not kidding the Donner tasted like detergents!!! It was nasty! The hygiene of this place was extremely poor and wouldn’t go back there in a hurry! Also now we are all ill with the runs and my poor cousin had to come home from college with a bad tummy! Very poor indeed!!! The waitress was nice but didn’t understand my husband request for the curry to be madras hot!More

Cramped seating, private cubicles missing curtains so longer longer private. Glass tiny, continuously needs refilling. Mixed grill, whole chicken are splattered in the same slimy sauce, not authentic grilled food. Not a quality place to eat, Pamson Grill a much better option.

Not a cheap place to eat considering it's a very basic restaurant. Nothing against eating in a basic eatery but this experience was a combination of very low quality food and appalling customer service. Ordered the mixed grill with salad, the salad and drinks didn't...arrive until we reminded them. The chicken kebabs in the mix grill were ok but the rest was just bland with lots of food colouring added to it on a bed of fried onions. Ordered the half kilo Lamb Karai that came on the bone - well it was practically all just bones with very little meat to pick which, again, was very bland with a few julienne of ginger sprinkled over the top to give it a kick. The tandoori Roti had to be sent back which was burnt on the outside and under-cooked inside. No apologies from the waiter but replaced the rotis with nan breads. The rice we ordered never arrived. The extractors in the kitchen were clearly not working as the whole restaurant was filled with smoke from the grills and the only way to let the smoke escape was to keep the front door wide open. Yep, you've guessed it - our table was directly in front of the front door where we sat with our overcoats on! The family sat on the table next to us were having a similar experience with plates of food being sent back and some dishes ordered but not arriving. Dis-appointed to say the least, especially as we had heard a lot of hype about this place.More

Our second visit to this restaurant. Great menu, very reasonable pricing. Many dishes to choose from and all great quality. Loved the dhal and the Chicken Buryani was amazing and huge. I also had a lamb kebab in Nan which was a full meal in...itself. The mango lassi was amazing and they did a nice faluda also. Give this place a try, seemed very busy.More
