Husband & wife, ordered 1 x full English & 1 x Bacon Waffles at 10.30 on a Sunday morning. Before food arrived we noticed table sticky, chairs dirty, walls and radiators dirty. Full English had a raw fried egg, the white of the egg was...mostly clear and uncooked, the tinned mushrooms were cold and the sausages were not heated to the required temperature required by environmental health. The waffles were straight out of a box, nothing special. We told the young waitress, but our complaint landed on deaf ears, we paid our bill and left, never to return.More

There’s a reason that this place is my favourite breakfast spot! The avocado toast is bloody gorgeous, the yoghurt and granola is up there too! The atmosphere is always chilled and relaxed.

Always our go to for lunch when in Leicester, wish the menu was a little more extensive though like it used to be! There wasn’t as much selection for lunch as usual, mostly bacon and sausage based things. Great atmosphere and decor though, and our...waiter was super friendly.More

Got there at 1030am and waited outside They actually made people queue when it was mainly empty The staff don't come to the queue and just carry on What a waste of time. We just left as no one let us in It's either arrogance...or owners not awareMore

Now you don't have to carry your coffee upstairs - the table service is great. The coffee's still lovely. But they used to do skin-on fries that were excellent. The French fries now taste like McDonalds - overpriced at £3.50.

Great take away lunch yesterday with delicious Cuban sandwiches and bacon cobs. Great coffee and very tasty mulled wine. Really good place to call into and delighted that they are still working in these times. Please support they.

Lovely cafe - had the dog with us while visiting our Son @ Uni so sat outside - great service, quick & lovely food we all had different variations of the Krispie Chicken burger & coffees that tasted like they actually had coffee in them...( unlike a popular coffee chain ) . Hand sanitiser points & a one way system in order to use the toilet facilities & staff all wore face masks. Felt Covid-safe, would def visit again .More

Wow - what a great find. Perfect place for brunch. Fantastic capucino - finally somewhere with a good understanding of what sprinkles are (not the dusting used elsewhere). Egg, bacon and red leicester bun was delicious. Service was relaxed and attentive. Now don’t tell anyone...else otherwise we’ll have to queue next time we visit. Thank youMore
