Manager at the restaurant was extremely helpful. We didn't book the table in advance, he helped us out still. Food was amazing. Had such a good laugh with friends. Service deserve more then 5 star service..
Happened to visit Feast India during Covid times.
Excellent management of social distancing and one way path
Staff were very friendly and changed plates/cutlery for every round may be because of covid restrictions and gave new plates/cutlery every time.
Food menu was as usual lavish....My only complain is for Non vegetarians you have many options to eat at the same price (like Mutton/Chicken/Fish/Prawn) etc.
But for vegetarians you do not even serve vegetable Biryani at least when we are paying same prices as Non Veg?
We do not even get Paneer in the Tandoor?
Also looks like they have increased the prices recently.More
Had a lovely time with my family at Feast India for my graduation celebratory meal. The service was excellent, particularly from Prianka who ensured that we were satisfied with our food. Prianka also gave a nice dessert and cocktail surprise for the graduation. Would definitely...come here again soon! :)More
What a stressful experience for what was supposed to be a great time out with friends After a yea not being able to meet up. We travelled all the way from another town for a great Indian food experience as it was introduced to us...by a friend - it was nothing of the sort! we arrived in 3 different groups so got there in different times and as we sat down to finally enjoy our meal the supervisor saw it fit to say we had to vacate the table as it was booked for other dinners - as we understand things can sometimes happen with bookings we asked to move to another table (plenty were available) but were told our 2hrs window to eat is nearing and to do us a favour they would extend for another 15mnts and this was 1hr to us starting our dinner- we were half way through our meals and the management were not shy of constantly reminding us of the time... the pressure and stress of it meant that we could not enjoy our food never mind catching up after a year! We ended up going to Chaiwala which was a much smaller place but a lot more accommodating which saved the evening. I would totally avoid this place and let my extended family and friends in Leicester and surrounding towns know about my experience and I trust they will agree it’s NOT ACCEPTABLE and equally avoid!More
