You pay first (so when you complain they already have your money!) Turkey pink then swapped for previous turkey dregs that were hard and covered in skin looking awful. Served with raw roast potato's. Staff not bothered. Disgusting! Will not go again!!

We visited this place as it looked busy how disappointed we were. They ask you what you want on the menu and then totally ignore what you tell them the food is very bland will not be going back.

The Marstons beer is great in here and the drinks menu offers excellent value whatever you like. The food is simply unbeatable value for money. Today I had the Yorkshire’s with sausages and mash and my wife had chicken and bacon salad. The salad had...More

One of our traditional stops on every visit to Lincoln is the Poacher. Yet again we were not disappointed! The Poacher remains exceptional. On this visit several things stood out. First, the Front of House Staff were a whirlwind. I don't think any of them...More

An old Farmhouse that the main part of the building dates back to 1817. Open from 11am daily with food being served from 11.30. Large restaurant area with space for large parties of up to 50 people able to sit in the same section. Fantastic outdoor seating area with fairy lighting and outdoor log burner for those cool evenings.
