Food was very poor , lacking in flavour, really disappointed to be honest. Starter was tiny. Main size pasta was good size but lacked taste. For what we got it was very overpriced. Won't be going back. Staff were absolutely lovely, just a shame the food didn't match up.

Comedy of errors from start to finish. We were advised 2 of the items on the menu weren't available before ordering, we were going to order both of these. When our meals arrived I discovered "something" in my meal that shouldn't have been there. Staff very apologetic and free desert offered, only for waiter to return to say that another... More

Went here with some friends, I orderded pork cracklings with apple sauce, the cracklings were so hard that I couldn't finish it as I was affraid my tooth would fall out, the carbonara was not nice taset like a deep fryer, and way to much pepper on it. For the price you pay it was not good.

I am very disappointed with my visit. I was in Jamie's Italian in 2 other countries to compare my experience! Spritz Apperol wasn't good, even when I changed it... I didn't want to much complain, because we were in a company.. But the food wasn't tasty and didn't look so nice either. Ravioli tasted like canned goods. Also, there is... More

A good place, near Albert Dock and friendly for children. As we were visiting the city with family including our grandchildren we chose this place for lunch. The food was good, tasty and the service good. Nice environment and not noisy. Prices reasonable. A suggestion, as normal Italian place they should offer bread with the meal and not under request... Everyone enjoyed the food , well presented . Starters came with mains as kitchen was busy ! If you order garlic bread its a small loaf so its not a portion for one more for 2 ... we ordered too much ! Our waiter Michael was a nice guy but needs some customer training in his attentiveness to his tables... More

Wildly overpriced. Food quality is substandard for the price. Items not as described on menu - the polenta chips are actually massive potatoes. AND, It was FREEZING. Waste of time.

Description
JAMIE'S ITALIAN LIVERPOOL A partnership between Jamie Oliver and his Italian mentor, chef Gennaro Contaldo, Jamie's Italian has won thousands of fans for its delicious and affordable food since launching their first restaurant in Oxford in May 2008. The Jamie's Italian menu is based on dishes you'd find people eating all over Italy, made with care but delivered without fuss. The family-friendly restaurants are all about serving up rustic, Italian food made using the best possible ingredients, plus fresh pasta that's made on-site every day, and an award-winning children's menu, too. Situated in the bustling Liverpool One shopping centre, Jamie's Italian Liverpool has something for everyone. When the sun is out, relax after an afternoon of shopping in our outside dining area and in the cooler weather, sit upstairs in a cosy corner by the window and watch the world go by. The restaurant also boasts an upstairs area which is the perfect place to celebrate special occasions as whole areas can be reserved for up to 50 people. Don't forget to visit the beautiful little deli shop on your way out where they sell a variety of amazing products for you to take away.
