Discovered this informal restaurant whilst visiting the hospital nearby. A great surprise with a good menu and friendly staff. Some of the dishes had a great and interesting twist to them. Definitely worth stopping by if you are in the area

Lovely refreshing place to enjoy your food among the plants and sit in a bench at a ruustic table for a get together.

This appears to be a place that survives by being one of the few places locally to have outside seating and it’s certainly pleasant enough to sit in Chelsea in the sun if you find picnic benches comfortable. It’s busy enough so I’m sure they do well enough but the food is mediocre at best and overpriced. The ‘chicken Caesar... More

We were here on a Saturday afternoon for drinks and the ambience was perfect. We bagged a bench in the sun with the added bonus of an umbrella that could be put up if needed. There were some good tunes in the background and the sun was shining - what more could you ask for. We had a jug of... More

Lunch with mum before shopping, shared the burrata salad and 1/2 chicken. Both came away 2 hours after eating with nausea, sweats and vomiting. Completely ruined our day. Called restaurant to warn them for other customers - they tried to blame it on our dog (who wasn't even at the table until after we finished our meal) and offered no... More

Great spot and outside dining. Other than that... Boring food and horrible service. Ok if you just want drinks, sangria was ok.

Too expensive: poor quality of food. Limited variety when it comes to drinks...defrost meat and fried...although the terrace looks nice and the location is very good-chelsea flower market. Overall is low value for money. I would definitely not return :((

Overpriced. Food of poor quality, frozen meat and chips, simply fried. The venue has a good potential: terrace is nice, they play good music, but food and drinks too expensive for what you actually end-up paying. Don't order chicken burger they don't know how to cook a proper burger; salt beef sandwich is made from beef slices bought from Tesco... More

I've been eating here in its numerous iterations since the 80s, and it's still a great place to spend time between the hectic shopping in the Kin's Road! Rustic interior, though try and get a table to the left of the front door in the window, relax and enjoy the tasty food. Two of us had excellent salt beef sandwiches... More

Was totally enveloped in second hand smoke the whole time - gross! Good was average and drinks overpriced. I live very close but will never go back!

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
