What can we say....exceptional customer service you could hope for. Natalia was absolutely fantastic and made the evening for us all. The food was great and the complimentary dessert an unexpected treat. Natalia was very attentive, gave us fabulous advice on our choices and went the extra mile to make our evening.

Chose to eat at Zizzis after a good meal at another branch. We were happy we did. I had a Rustique pizza that was cooked spot-on - beautifully crisp bottom and still soft topping. My wife had the Seafood Linguinie which was covered in just the right amount of tasty sauce.

Italian food close to Baker Street. Does what it says on the tin. An overall ok experience though the pasta itself was somewhat average.

My mother and I had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. We were served by Borys who was very friendly and quick at serving us and helped us move table when we needed too. His colleague Fatosh was also great. All in all lovely service and food - I had the chicken and my mother had the kebab. Definitely recommend... More

I had a delicious VEGAN margherita pizza - it isn't often that one can find vegan food easily - especially pizza. The service was wonderful: we were served by a very attentive waiter named Borys. The atmosphere was warm and friendly.

I went to Zizi's to meet up with an old friend from university. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and shown to a nice table. The atmosphere was warm, cozy but also modern! We both had pizza's which were delicious. Our waiter, called Borys, was truly excellent. He was so friendly, and very accommodating. I would highly recommend going!... More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food. Situated between Sherlock’s famous Baker Street and London’s busy Oxford Street, our Paddington Street restaurant is a hidden gem. During the day, it’s bustling with office workers on their lunch breaks and at night, it’s a favourite for cinema-goers and locals. And if you’re good with famous faces, it’s a stone’s throw away from Marylebone High Street; the perfect spot for a little celeb spotting on a sunny day. Dine al fresco on a sunny day.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
