Few minutes walking form Piccadilly circus, it's not the tourist attraction pub, but it's the classic pub where people goes after work :)

This place is very dingy and dim. It could do with some sprucing up. The pies looked like they had just been microwaved, especially given that it was served so quickly.

We came here after a comedy club as a group but the didn't want to let one of our group in. Once in, there was a weird atmosphere, some sad makeup caked blond in a black dress with forced up little chestnuts trying to flog us jager bombs. She was with 3 lads that were looking and plotting something. We... More

So I was not here to eat a meal. All I wanted was a quiet place to drink in central London. People will say that the food may be poor or that the decor is average - but so what? All I wanted was 1 or 2 drinks and some conversation. So, it's full of foreign tourists - but that... More

Went for a drink with friends at lunch and only 1 barman serving. He had to also serve the food in a packed pub and we waited a good 10 minutes to just get a drink. Felt sorry for the barman as he the pub was totally understaffed. Lots of other good pubs in the neighborhood to go to.

We visited Glassblower prior to attending the Icebar round the corner. Sat 22nd April 4pm. When we arrived advised 25minute wait for food, which we were not bothered by at all, had time to kill. Food (pulled pork burritos) arrived quick, basic meal, however it done the job. No complaints there. My concern was the staff, 2 males, the waiter... More

This is a popular pub well placed near Piccadilly Circus station. The bar man was rushed off of his feet , he asked over the phone for help that never arrived! He was serving at the bar ,delivering meals from the dumb waiter and he did not stop. There was very little room to sit but plenty of seats empty at... More

Ordered road in the hole. Very small portion and extremely crunchy I had to stab my fork in to get into it.

Needed somewhere to eat before going into the theatre round the corner. Downstairs stank of stale beer so we went upstairs. Told the waitress we were really pressed for time (coach had been held up) so maddened that she took the order from a group who came in after us. Our two men ordered fish and chips, I ordered chicken... More

Typical British Pub Food, just behind Regent Street, very popular for food and can get very busy, food ok and plenty of it, won't set the culinary world alight but then it's not trying to

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
