Unfortunately they have gone down hill fast. They used to always be busy, but they are not now. Service is now haphazard with no idea of serving people in order. The amount of bacon served in a bacon sandwich is random. This weeks offering was all fat. Why do the staff wear a plastic glove on one hand and then... More

Went in yesterday for a salad. No tuna at the salad bar so I got some turkey. Rather than the freshly carved stuff the woman behind the counter dipped into one of the metal containers and piled on some decidedly wet looking turkey. Thinking nothing of it I scoffed it for lunch. I've spent all of last night violently throwing... More

Food is usually excellent but the wait can be quite long. The breakfast bacon or sausage toasted sandwiches are freshly made in front of your eyes but be prepared for a long wait if the person if front of you is getting sandwiches for the whole office.

Oh! Fuzzy’s Grub! Cannot eat better than this for the price. For breakfast, there’s the egg plus sandwiches, all around £3, large porridge for £2, pastries, and the best toast in town for £1.20. Awesome tea, coffees, chocolates, smoothies, etc. At lunch, there’s the traditional roasts: topside of beef, leg of lamb, loin of pork, turkey breast, chicken breast. With,... More

I work ner Fuzzy's in SW1 and I had been going there quite regularly until I found a big cockroach in my meal today. That was the tip of the iceberg. I had previously noticed that one of their stuff would rub their nose before serving and told her to wash her hands. And on one occasion turkey was rare!... More

Fuzzys is legendary! A full Sunday roast in a sandwich! You go in, choose your meat (turkey, lamb, chicken or beef), all sliced in front of you, add mash or roast potatoes, veg (usually peas and carrots), stuffing and graving, put between two slices of bread and you have the best sandwich ever! Costs about a fiver and fills you... More

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
