We had dinner here and went with the 4 course a la carte menu. The black pepper and cheese choux pastry balls given to us while we were looking at the menu were excellent. The amuse bouche was however not to our liking. We had three of the signature dishes between us and we were slightly underwhelmed. The wine list... More

the white decor is very modern and sculptural. Each table has a beautiful center piece representing a vegetable in ceramic. the tasting menu is awesome and give you a taste of he chef expertise. Great wine list.

We have dined here a few times now. It is probably the most consistent high scale French oriented restaurant in the UK. Don't expect anything out of the ordinary but service is always impeccable and so it the quality of food.

Great reception and great service on arrival. Nice ambience. Quite formal but suited the location. Maitre'D however wasn't a great communicator and caused some issues for the lovely person treating me to lunch. They have a lunch deal on at the moment and the over-riding sense we both had was that they attract people in on their lunch deal and... More

We had a fixed meny with wine pairing. The service and awareness of the staff was Impeccable. As it shood be in a *** Michelin restaurant. All the courses were balanced to perfection and looked like small pieces of art. The only thing we actually should have sent back to the kitchen was the venison. We had both expected it... More

I was very glad that I came across a promotion for a 3 course lunch menu. Where do I even begin? The service and food was excellent. The attention to detail was fabulous. Everything was exquisite. I wished the meal wouldn't end. I will definitely be trying the tasting menu the next time I'm in London.

This restaurant definitely deserves its 3 Michelin stars. We have been impressed by the quality of food and service. I have to say that we could feel it that much better than 2 Michelin starred restaurants

We chose from the Al a Carte menu and were not disappointed. Everything superb, service, attention, food, and wine. Attention to detail in every respect is evident throughout and each dish superb in its own right. Mushrooms to start, if only it were that simple, exquisite. Halibut, and the most bizarre and brilliant Rum Baba to finish. Can you remember... More

In the last few weeks, we have visited three of the four restaurants that hold the Michelin three star accolade. The only exception is The Fat Duck, which does not fit my ideals of gastronomy. All three of the ones we did visit .....Ramsey's on Hospital Road, The Waterside at Bray and here were worthy on different fronts and certainly... More

Well, you certainly don't come here for cheap food - but for luxury and the best meal you may ever have. First of all, this place is beautiful. We had a cozy little table in a back corner, our server was so very attentive and the food was sublime. None of this is surprising since it IS Alain Ducasse.

Neighbourhood Profile
Mayfair
Set beside some of London's best parks and home to world-class galleries, luxurious hotels, and famed thoroughfares, the ultra upscale Mayfair is one of London's most exclusive haunts. Here the shopping is haute, the dining is exquisite, and the nightlife is vibrant. A casual stroll through the area’s chic streets will reveal that Michelin stars and chauffeured cars are practically the norm here. Even if you're on a tight budget, this exceptionally well connected swath of Central London is worth exploring, if only for the chance to take a peak at the goings on of upper crust English society.
