Great location. Great venue. Food was good, hot and plentiful. Unfortunately they seemed totally disorganized. 5 of us were eating. We were eventually greeted by a waiter after a 15 minute wait. We ordered drinks then food. Just basic stuff Burgers, chips, salad etc. Food arrived after 20minutes. Drinks arrived half way through the meal - this was despite us... More

We wondered down to the Tower after shopping in Brick Lane etc. This pub had a nice view of the tower and wasn't too busy. Nice menu, good portion size, reasonably priced with a nice atmosphere. Was worried as it was all very open and glass fronted that it would be cold and noisy inside but it wasn't.

We had to ask for a waitress where to seat. She wasn't very nice and just pointed a couple of tables and just leave us to choose. She gave us the menu and came after only one minute to ask of we had decided, we didn't even read the menu. She came a couple of time to check and took... More

Called her for a couple of drinks so can't comment on the food, lovely place to sit and watch the world go by drink prices in line with most places in the area £10.50 for 2 pints and around £6.50 for a large glass of wine. The tables were full of glasses on arrival which I moved myself but saying... More

I have never before refused to pay for food, but on this occasion, that is what happened. Both mine and my sisters food was cold and had some of it missing and when the missing parts of our meal came out that too was cold. Also the food was horrible tasting and texture wise. My Mam's meal was fine but... More
