Doesn't look much but the food is good. Fast basic service. The price is shy from fair. overall experience satisfactory but pricy...

Discovered by accident, this small pearl of Indian London cuisine was worth the visit. Excellent food, super attentive service, for some reason a lot of Americans. While I can't be the judge of the ambitious claim from the street sign, it is a great alternative to the James Street offerings. Small and nondescript decor, but hey, the food......

So I went with my family to this restaurant and the food was amazing. My wife and my kids want to visit this place again. I went on the 15th of February. The service was also excellent even though the restaurant was busy.

I like this restaurant, as it has very good Indian food, traditional interior of a London Indian restaurant, and friendly service. It is a small place and though busy, I have always managed to be serviced. My only slight criticism is that the portions are becoming smaller and smaller ... and it is rather expensive - however I understand that... More

Can't fault the food or service. Chicken balti is top class. Second visit. Both great. Can't understand the bad reviews. Bills a bit confusing but right when we checked it.

Went here for a meal with my wife. The food was delicious, the wine was good. The service was quick to serve the food, the service for clearing the table of your used plates etc, took a little while shall we say. There were two guys working, one was his 1st night, so not sure about the way things were... More

Amjadia is on my route home. I love a curry and I was desperately hoping it would be good. It isn't. I ordered meat samosas for appetizer. There were two 2 inch by 2 inch triangular bullets. The crust was so hard I could barely cut it without it scooting off the plate. The meat inside was bland and unseasoned.... More

Excellent curry in London's west end at very reasonable prices. The food range from spicy to very spicy and include many traditional dishes. The service was efficient and prices very reasonable.

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
