We were greeted with an inquiry if we had reservations. This is understandable as it is a small restaurant but what followed was being treated like we should be grateful they allowed us to eat at their restaurant. A feeling of constantly being watched and rushed and our attempts of common courtesy and thanks being met most often with no... More

Food was seriously lovely, service was great and the spice was on another level! Loved it. Plus it's halal.

Am updating my review - unfair to keep the old one when there have been many positive experiences since then. The currys are authentic and in particular I like the fact that no two curries taste the same - a sure sign that things are made more or less from scratch than jars of large pots of a base sauce.... An excellent restaurant ! Nice decor, great food and strikingly good service. My wife has a lactose problem and the wsit was knowledgeable and helpful in providing us with a truly excellent meal. Prices are reasonable and food is outstanding.

Situated just a short walk from Marble Arch this place is worth finding. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food is amazing I am sure we were very lucky to get a table as we had not booked but it was very busy. Considering the area didn't think was expensive well priced for food and drink. I would say this is... More

Popped for light supper. It's a bit pricey for what it is, but then it is central London. Food was fine, service reasonably attentive, decor agreeable. I'd certainly go back if I were in the area.

Went on a quiet Sunday. Appetizer to Chaat was very disappointing - no real flavor - trying hard to be novel with pomegranate which we don't have in India. Result was an underwhelming Start to dinner. Main was fantastic - lamb. Asked for and promptly got some pickle to kick it up a notch. Dessert of gajar halwa was Very... More

My husband and I had the Ishtu (lamb) pan dish and the Multani Murgh (chicken) pan dish with Samosas as starters. The food was excellent and the service and overall ambiance were great too. It also appeared that many of the customers in the restaurant were locals and return customers. My husband and I would definately eat here again on... More

I it's my favourite restaurant in London serving best staters mixed grill veg and non veg curry and dessert with excellent Customer service as it's very busy and papular restaurant you must book your table in advance otherwise you well be waiting long so if you haven't been here then you are missing best food in U.K. 👍

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
