Very mediocre indian restaurant takeaway experience. I don't know if they expect you to buy the rice separate of the entrees and they didn't ask if we wanted any, so we had no rice for our korma and tikka masala (which was mediocre in all ways). Fortunately we got naan, which was surprisingly good. Try the chippy up the street,... More

My family lives just around the corner from Pimlico Spice, and so it's our go-to informal dining place. The curries are terrific, but most importantly the staff and the service are fantastic - important to us because my 86-year-old father has mobility issues, but does love a good curry! The staff are unfailingly patient and helpful about getting my father... More

Please check your itemised bill before settling up, this is the third occasion that a "mistake" has been made on my bill. This time I was charged for onion bargies that I requested twice that didn't arrive and 2 additional lagers that I never ordered to a total cost of £14.00, as I said this is not the first time... Really nice takeaway, good size and okay price👌🏼. Hopefully will stay that way. Also visited the restaurant with mum and brother in the past & was pleased.

I would not recommend Pimlico Spice: the dishes were over sweetened, the meat was tough, portions meagre sized and the beer warm - and that was just the food! The restaurant itself has no ambience and the staff are inattentive. I not be going back to Pimlico Spice.

Great food, ambience & service. I'll be back. Every dish was delicious. There was a tendency to overeat because I didn't want this wonderful meal to end.

This is an ok Indian restaurant if you want a quick fix. Food is average but the cost reflects fine dining. You are better off strolling an extra 10 minutes into Sloane Square or Victoria.

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
