Firstly Trip Advisor needs to check content. The first review here is disgraceful and sits along side the other one that they have provided. Editorial control needs to be looked at. That said the food was excellent. I had the chicken Balti and partner had...More

I went here in January 2018. The hygiene in this place is disgusting. When the glasses of water we ordered finally arrived, the waiter sneezed directly into my glass without covering his mouth and i had to ask for a replacement glass. I did not...More

I have been eating at Millbank Spice in Vauxhall Bridge Road for over 12 years now. The restaurant was opened by a group of business friends and they are still there, welcoming you. The closest tube is Pimlico Station. Buses run from Victoria - 2,...More

Visited here Oct 2017, the food can only be described as average at best. The bigger issue was that the whole place was infested with flies which were crawling over everything, including our food and drink. Never again.

A long-standing favourite of ours for curry in the Pimlico/Westminster area. All the usual Indian dishes are on the menu, plus a few additions, and the staff are efficient even when the place is really busy. An occasional haunt of Nigel Farage and other odd...More

Having read rather good reviews of this restaurant we decided to go there after visiting Tate Britain. They had just opened and all the serving staff were gathered near the entrance but as soon as we walked in all but one disappeared. We were shown...More

Visited here as a group with work - we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The poppadoms were fresh and the condiments tasty. For main course I had the recommendation from the waiter and it medium-hot and very tasty, with Keema Rice, and a chapati. With...More

We were hungry and walking down Vauxhall bridge road, and happened upon Millbank spice. We were a little apprehensive at first since the restaurant was completely empty at 1pm, but we went in anyway. The service was great and the food was delicious. I am...More

Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than
most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely
residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames,
is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle
architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art
lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class
Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art

Modern design meets traditional Indian virtues and the result is a marvellous marriage of the two. This smart restaurant is very contemporary, kitted out in spicy orange and regal purple with lovely decor all around. The dishes have been slightly modernised, but only in the sense that we're all eating more heathily these days, so fat content has been lowered and fewer artificial colourings are in use. The food is delightful, spicy and fresh and winning. In fact, you will probably find yourself surrounded by purring regulars on your first visit. Dishes include the classics you love, like lamb tikka, samosa, onion bhajia, tandoori specialities, special duck dishes, classic chicken tikka masala, featherlight naan and all the trad curries. Baltis are available if you ask nicely. The service is warm and helpful and the entire experience very nice indeed.
