I visited to listen to DJ Avgoustinos who rocks the house with one too many greek and more mainstream hits, from the 80s and on! A smokeless environment, with alert security guys, ready to respond to challenges ;)

Nice place in a good location in the heart of London. Went for afternoon cocktails before dinner and they were very good. Didn't think much of it when I attended it as a club a few years back but as a champagne bar/cocktail bar type arrangement it's much better. Decor nice, if a little nouveau riche.

We had attended this venue as part of Starr Parties BBQ - therefore I will only refer to the venue only and what we attended. The staff were friendly but a little slow with bringing/making drinks. The decor of the venue was lovely and I think at night it would be a lively and wonderful nightclub.

I don't normally write reviews on restaurants or night clubs but I really have to on this occasion. I used this venue for our football team's end of season social. Despite booking 10 tickets two months ahead of time, I did not get any confirmation over the phone. When I called both of the numbers given were dead and I... More

Nice place and atmosphere but it does not exist and should not be admissible that the PR of the disco instead of welcoming the guests and make them feel comfortable took our table and our drinks to enjoy with their own not paying guests. A really bad image for the place that I do NOT recommend to anyone.

Came here with Groupon voucher. BBQ served late. Queue 40 minutes for food. Watered down rubbish cocktail. Smoky and ill equipped terrace. Not enough seating. Lazy lazy staff and in attentive. Too busy chatting up girls instead is serving food. Awful awful awful. That's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back

Back to Cavendish after 3 years, one should know that the world changes while something never does. The place is still nice, even though they moved the groove on the upstairs floor rather then the downstairs one. Still full of pretty girls. But. After booking online we were contacted by a p.r. guy offering us a table for free and... More

Went last Saturday with my mates to No.5 for my birthday. The company we booked it through gave us a table and a bottle because we had such a big group which was pretty sweet! It ended up with us getting thoroughly smashed to some pretty decent tunes! By the end of the night we had all had a bit... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
