Visited Belushi's on Sunday morning, with the intention of having breakfast and watching the Celtic v Rangers game on Sky Sports. (12:00 kick off). We had a strange experience to start with, confirming the Old Firm game was definately going to be shown, before we committed to ordering Breakfast. The barmaid said it wasn't on her "schedule", though I pointed... More

Myself and a group of friends visited Belushi's on Saturday the 4th of March for the David Haye vs Tony Bellew boxing match. We paid £5 each for the privilege and others in the bar had paid £25 a head for a table to view the fight. Firstly the boxing was not even put on until around 9pm by which... More

The Belushi's cafe/pub located at Greenwich opposite the Novotel is an excellent place. Great food, great service with a smile and it was rocking on a Saturday night.

Since staying in the hostel upstairs at the start of my time in London, I've frequented this place. It's a warm atmosphere with friendly staff, delicious food, and a drinks range to compliment. It fills with local uni students and travellers through the week; a great place to meet people. Top marks.

I am traveling from Australia and decided to pop into Belushi's Greenwich on a Friday afternoon. I was greeted by a lovely lady behind the bar who recommended me one of the cocktails and it was delicious. The place only got better as the night went on. There were some great tunes and they opened up a dance floor. What... More

This was the first pub I've visited in England, ever. It looked very nice from the outside, so I go straight inside, to the bar and ask the waitress if she can recommend me a darker, stronger beer. Her first answer was "I don't like beer, so no I cannot". Then I ask her to give me whatever beer she... More

After a long day in London, we had a good relaxing time, having a good Fish and Chips, good beer and watching football.

Don't bother, disgusting food, the chicken strips were hard and greasy and had more batter than chicken, everything but the BBQ sauce was horrid and although 5 min walk away most of it arrived cold.

My friends and I have been coming here for over a year and I have to say that the staff, the venue, the music and the atmosphere beats anywhere in Greenwich. It's also proved to be a top place to go compared with a lot of places in London! Friday and Saturday nights when it's open until 2am holds some... More

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
