Great meal here, impressed by the service, menu and nice modern environment to sit in, which was a pleasant change from the usual Indian restaurant. Our Spanish waiter was really good and nice to see some personality.

We were welcomed to this restaurant by very friendly and efficient staff. The menu was a little different to what we were used to, but we were helped by a lovely waiter, who was actually from Spain. The food was really plentiful , and tasty too. We had a very enjoyable time there.

This was a delicious experience! I've never been a big fan of Indian cuisine, but I went with my family last week, as they were all craving it, and I was very pleasantly surprised! The chicken biryani was so good! The naan was also delicious. I was also very impressed with this particular location, as the wait staff were very... More

I have been a fan of Masala Zone dining over the past few years, based exclusively on visits to the Earls Court branch which I have reviewed. This time I was in Bayswater and decided to have dinner at their local branch. I ordered my usual, a grand vegetable thali and a bottle of Kingfisher lager. The food came reasonably... More

Thali is the best option as it comes in regular & large sizes and includes small curries, vegetables, and breads or rice. Beer and wine are reasonably priced, but I would skip the cocktails. Desserts are also rather expensive, however, you can pop across the street to the nice Waitrose supermarket. Reception and servers are very friendly, and welcoming, and... More

Masala Zone serves standard Indian dishes, such as curries and biryani, but they are prepared to perfection. The spices are subtle, and the flavors rich. I don't expect ever to taste better. The servers were delightful, and the prices reasonable in light of the exceptional quality of the meal. A wonderful experience.

I took some friends here before they left the uk. It was a friendly safe bet and they were happy. The thali remains the dish of choice but I notice that drinks are stupidly over priced.

Ate in this restaurant yesterday evening. We found the food was the worst we have ever had. The grilled starters were served luke warm and the portion size was small and the seekh kebabs were like extremely spicy sausages! They used cheap cuts of meat m, the lamb was mutton, it was not tender as lamb should be and the... More

Food served cold too soon after ordering. Very small portions. Chole just a small spoonful on a plate. A single samosa was a portion. Management seemed absent. Will not return.
