I've been a fairly regular visitor over the years. When it revamped and expanded I did wonder if the magic had gone. The place was always packed when it was small. When it reopened they never seemed that busy and they even closed early on...More

Their food is made with passion and you can taste it! Smoke their own fish succulent and amazing, puddings to die for, originality and ingredients make it outstanding. Great hosts too and atmosphere!

Simple food, badly prepared with terrible service. A wholly terrible restaurant that I'm surprised is still open when the competition in London is so stiff. I would advise anyone to dine somewhere else.

The Giaconda is not a trendy restaurant with fashionable decor. It is fixed firmly on serving very good food efficiently at a fair price. Lunching alone I had vitello tonnato to start. This was very good if a little light on the tonnato. My main...More
