Wonderful 2nd trip to this restaurant. Superb set menu including delicious roast beef and thoughtful personalised desert for my husband which was not requested or pre ordered . Lovely outside space too for pre lunch drinks . Would thoroughly recommend. Very reasonably priced .

The exterior of the building hides the majestic interior very well, so your first impression is of the beauty of the room as you enter. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful, and the food is worthy of it's Michelin star. The prices seem quite high,...More

I booked this reataurant for a senior manager's leaving dinner. It did not disappoint. It was excellent. Best of all was the service. The waiters were akin to telepathic Ninjas - they did everything you thought of exactly when you wanted it done but you...More

Cannot fault any aspect of this restaurant. Interesting, creative and excellent food, lovely service and cosy, luxurious ambience. Expensive, but worth the money.

For a glimpse of Georgian and Victorian London at its
most pristine, or a peek into what's apt to be the
next big global trend, the hipster zone of
Spitalfields can provide hours of amazement. Around
the clock, this is a haven for early morning bargain
hunters sizing up its street markets, foodie foragers
throughout the day, or late night revelers hitting
some of London's most popular bars and clubs.

Hello, I saw their vegetarian menu for 55.00 on their website. Does each dish come with a drink? Is this a kind of vegetarian tasting menu? If we are 2 of us do we both have to the same menu if one of us want to have this menu?

Hi Wendy, yes that would be absolutely fine to wear smart jeans. The dress code at La Chapelle is 'smart casual'.

I'll be having a touring day in London with concert in evening and want to be casual. Can I get away with jeans and trainers for lunch at this restaurant?? Thanks

The third restaurant to be opened by acclaimed chef brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin, La Chapelle has been consistently praised, winning no less than 8 top restaurant awards in its first year, including AA London Restaurant of the Year, and Tatler magazine's Restaurant of the Year. Chef Patron, Jeff Galvin, provides a menu of modern French cuisine, gaining a Michelin star in the 2011 Red Guide, just a year after the restaurant opened. There is also a menu gourmand, prix fixe lunch, early dinner menu, and Sunday Roast lunch menu. The service, under the direction of Alessandro Piombino and his team, effortlessly combines warm, friendly and attentive hospitality with a fine sense of tradition and decorum, in keeping with the grandeur of this Grade II-listed building. The restaurant is one of the few restaurants in London to hold a vertical list of Hermitage La Chapelle wines.
