There's no doubt that Tombo serves one of the best Japanese deserts in London, however, the store could be overcrowded and the service quality is terrible. There's no queue for take away and need to wait for a long time to be seated even there...More

I have been to Tombo couple of times now - never been disappointed. Great quality of food - I did try poke pole, seafood soup, their matcha drinks, matcha desserts, chicken katsu - all amazing. Very polite service too - can not wait to be...More

My 13 year old daughter really wanted to visit Tombo on our weekend in London as she loves sushi! This did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and service was prompt.

Very weird place. Ordered the 'spicy' chicken yuzu ramen. The noodles were mushy and broth was very bland and quite frankly, did not have any flavour whatsoever. We also ordered some sushi sliders and the rice was mushy and overcooked, was very dissapointed at the...More

The service at Tombo is faultless - the staff are very friendly, smiley and helpful. They know the dishes inside out and are able to answer any questions regarding food components or dishes. The food is fresh and tasty and well presented. However, the change...More

I went to Tombo for lunch on the recommendation of a Japanese friend. I was blown away. Utterly authentic and delicious. I'll be back... many more times.

We had a wonderful dinner at Tombo after visiting the museums. At first, we found the waitresses rather unfriendly and cold, as they didn't properly answer us whether they still had a table or not upon our arrival. We waited at the counter along with...More

I heard of this Japanese cafe ages ago but never really get a chance to visit whenever I travel to this museum area. After reading some good reviews about their matcha desserts and drinks, I decided to have my Friday night quick bites here. Walked...More

South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque
white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's
easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with
superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and
Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely
child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to
mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall)
such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming

The Restaurant is plein of gluten free options like sashimi bow with the pink rise (delicious), aubergine grilled as side, chicken, etc! Busiest time I think is lunch time 12.30/2 pm Enjoy!
