We use PV a lot and wherever we can, but I must say; recently the rudeness of staff has become worse than ever. There seems to be a trend of treating customers like cattle and Piccadilly was no exception today.

We stopped here for a morning break on a hot summer day. Probably the best cup of coffee we had in London. We like it strong, and strong it was, and served in a large cup. Service was excellent, price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
