Before catching a train, I decided to pop into Zizzi for a bit to eat. Despite the restaurant being busy, I was seated promptly and my order taken reasonably quickly. The Spaghetti Pomodoro came out like a soup - it had so much liquid that...More

Situated in New Exchange, just to the east of St Paul's Cathedral, this is an area of several restaurants and bars in this modern block and shopping mall. The interior is somewhat bland and not particularly inviting. Menu and wine list is adequate but unfortunately...More

We experienced pretty poor service here unfortunately. At first I had to go to the bar to request a drink as there was no sign of our waiter. When he did appear he was in plain clothes and we did not realise he was staff....More

Greeted by the Very kind and friendly waiter called 'Ilir. The whole experience was great, the food was perfect and so much choice for everyone, even with lots of allergies. 'Ilir' is an asset to the restaurant and should be recognised by his manager, he...More

I am fairly regular here as I work nearby. The food is always top notch, I am a fan of Zizzi in general. Staff are very friendly and recognise me now!

Zizzi is a good Italian chain restaurant, at good prices and a standard quality. I think the pizza and pasta are excellent. Make sure to try the prawns as a starter. Wow

Not the 1st time I have been here, but again, the service was so slow. It's a shame as the food is really good. The lamb on skewers really good. Nearly an hour after we got there we were just eating our main. Plus they...More

Ok for a quick lunch with colleagues when time is tight during a busy day is what I used this restaurant for, it's not what I'd call a destination restaurant. Yes, our order was taken quickly and it was delivered to our table in good...More

We visited here for the sole purpose of trying the vegan menu, and we were not disappointed! They have a whole allergens menu, which you can have on request. The vegan cheese on the pizza is delicious and the garlic bread was lovely! We were...More

This is my third visit to a Zizzi restaurant (all of which have been of a high standard ). I chose this particular restaurant because I was intending to use the viewing platform on floor number six ( free of charge ). I was greeted...More

Description
At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Smack dab in the middle of one of London’s top shopping destinations, our One New Change restaurant, is the perfect relief after a long day of shopping or for a lunch-time catch up with friends. Dotted around the restaurant are small homages to the Cheapside (cheap meaning market) area where each street name reflects the type of trade that went on. You’ll see nods to Milk Street, Bread Street and, of course, Honey Lane. Ah the Victorian era…things were so straightforward back then.
