Four of us visited here yesterday early evening. The restaurant wasn't particularly full at that point. We waited 25 minutes for someone to ask if we wanted a drink? Most of the staff were behind the bar testing concoctions and talking. This isn't the usual service I've received when visiting other Zizzi restaurants.

I have visited hotels and restaurants all over the world and my experience here was one of the best! Our waitress Tatiana was exceptional very professional with lots of personality would hire her tonmorow if she would relocate to Spain 😀 Nothing was too much trouble and she made us feel welcome and relaxed. Even though she was very busy... More

Bar service a little slow. Otherwise, tasty food, served by the very friendly Aitor. Kids menu = good value.

Subject says it all. Not enough staff on a lunch time to cope with a half full restaurant. One waitress running from table to table.

Very average. It wasn't that busy but service was slow. Food was rather bland and uninteresting. I wouldn't eat here again

We went as a family in the evening and it was lovely. We've been here a few times and this was as good as ever. 2 pasta dishes and their hand made pizza served on a wooden board. Few drinks too. All delicious. We will be back

The restaurant was very attractive however the food was not. I had a pasta dish that was supposed to contain pulled pork and venison however, when it turned up there was a small amount of pasta in what looked like oxtail soup. I complained to the waitress who offered to get me something else she replaced my meal with a... More

At Zizzi we like to do things a little differently. We don’t do over-complicated recipes or scrimpy portion sizes. We’re all about the well-chosen ingredients, simply put together to make exceptional Italian food.Located right in the centre of London’s biggest concert and events venue, our O2 restaurant is an ideal meeting place for pre-concert meals. The surrounding area, The Avenue, is packed with bars, clubs and a cinema. And with our simply exceptional menu, make sure you leave enough time to sample some of our delicious desserts!

Staying in Greenwich

Neighbourhood Profile
Greenwich Mean Time starts here, so to speak, as the very concept of global time was established at Royal Observatory, just one of several buildings of architectural interest in Greenwich. Indeed, the whole of Greenwich's historic town center, its Royal Park and a number of related buildings (and one world famous ship, the Cutty Sark) make up the UNESCO World Heritage site known as Maritime Greenwich. Today a laser beam is shot out across the night sky from the Observatory to mark the location of the Prime Meridian. Other bold (some say brash) 21st century additions to the area include landmarks such as The O2 entertainment complex (previously known as the Millennium Dome) and the Air Line cable cars, which offer scenic transport across the Thames between North Greenwich and the Royal Docks.
