We were a goup of 8 girls wanting to experience dim sum, but first chrispy chicken. We got a round table for 8 and let the waiter help us picking out what to eat. Most helpful and a lot of very good food.

This was a busy, vibrant restaurant in China Town, London. Large choice of authentic Chinese dishes at a variety of prices. We had a set meal for two which was great, loads of food, tasty, hot and served efficiently by friendly staff. We really enjoyed this restaurant, decor not lavish like some Chinese restaurants but food great.

Visited this restaurant Sunday night, got a set menu to share and two drinks ( which where £2.30 each to be brought over two cans of pop!!) food was standard, asked for the bill to find they'd added on a 12% service charge which no one mentioned before or when we where seated! apperntly this is stated on the menu,... Went to the restaurant on the afternoon time. The foods are delicious, but one thing change my impression, when the accident happened the lady took the Singapore rice noodle from floor which she dropped it before. Really disappointed!

I am from Hong Kong and the dim sum is good. The shrimp rolls, glutinous rice, BBQ pork buns, squid balls, steam chicken rice are all well made. It is surprising to find dim sum of this standard in London. The service is good too.

Busy at lunch, good dim sum, some nice specials. £22 for a decent lunch was reasonable price. Would be happy to return, but will also look around to see if I can find a better dim sum place in Chinatown.

After going to the Thriller show we decided to find somewhere in Soho for a late evening meal. We thought with so much competition the food and service standards would be high. How wrong we were. The food was very average and way too much of it, the service was at best uninterested until we were paying. Never herd of... More

Had a great meal here at China Town. Just picked this place as it looked nice. Staff friendly, meal very good. Only served beer, no cider that I drink. No way of checking the bill as nothing is itemised. Felt very much that they wanted you out as soon as you had finished. Cleared up as soon as you had... More

Had a good meal at Gerrad's Corner Restaurant in London's Chinatown, but the service was shaky and the bill ended up being pretty high for what we got. With so many options, I might look for something else next time.

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
