Celebrated my wife's birthday at Medlar yesterday; we took the 3 course lunch option, which at GBP 35 per head is excellent value these days. Plenty of variety on the menu and a huge wine list, also some interesting options by the glass. For starters...More

Dinner at Medlar is always something to look forward to. And because of the attractions of the wine list it's something to save up for, as well. The sommelier really knows his stuff. The food itself is quite beautiful and at £35 a head for...More

superb service and delicious food here. Comfortable, not too small but still plenty of space on our booth like table. High quality all round, with an exceptional cheese board to finish. Expensive but worth it.

Really enjoyed the prix fix lunch menu! Innovative flavours, good portions and nice ambiance. One of the best French restaurants outside of France. Regular meals cost more and this was extraordinary!
