I don't normally rate chains, but we really enjoyed our evening meal after being at the theatre. The staff were very attentive and helpful with our choices! They recommend a side tomato salad, oh the dressing was so very tasty. We had booked due to...More

This restaurant is so busy that it buzzes! The staff are competent and the set meal menu a real deal. My starter of Langoustine tails was a lovely blend of crispy crumbs and fish and my chicken and walnut salad was absolutely excellent. There was...More

We dined here after a matinee. The pre-theatre menu is a great buy. I had a salad, steak and the iced berries for dessert. All of these were very good, except the iced berries, which just tasted like frozen berries that had not been defrosted....More

another link in the chain of faux French restaurants purporting to serve food that is marginally better than Mcdonalds. The complementary water is a hoot. The seating is cramped. The food is edible, but only just. Not as cheap as it was. Feels more like...More

Enjoyed a delicious 3 course lunch for under £14! If you want pie and chips then go elsewhere but if you like delicately flavoured salads and beautifully cooked fish then look no further. Maybe we visited on a good day as the service was prompt...More

I used to forgive odd lapses in service here (weird delays, the wrong kind of coffee, the disgusting French idea of what tea should taste like etc.), because the cooking was worth the wait and the waiters tended to be apologetic, after their lapses. This...More

Reasonable price for food - drink London prices. Service - very slow Food - 2 course meal £12.50 is ok. One main and desert were good, one starter and main were poor. Will not return. Cote you need to step up. Still waiting to pay.

Mass produced food with very little flavour. Only eat here if you can not get a table elsewhere. The food was bland uninspired and lacking any flavour. It's a big place with staff run off their feet so service is more the fire it st...More

Just go to the restaurant website and use the 'Make a reservation' facility. If it were me I would book for 6pm. That gives ample time for a two-course pre-theatre meal.

Inspired by new trends, we are dedicated to serving authentic classic brasserie dishes with a modern twist, using high quality produce at great prices. On the menu, guests will always find brasserie favourites on our a la carte menu such as steak frites, moules marinieres, corn-fed chicken from rural Brittany and tuna Nicoise, for dessert, Cote's creme caramel and creme brulee are much-loved house specialities. Seasonality and Cote's commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients results in a monthly changing specials menu, ensuring there is always something new to delight regular guests and gastronomes alike, as well as the excellent value set menu.
