We tried the fish & chips, steak & ale pie and roast beef sirloin. Along with some really good beer including Tim Taylor Landlord, Tribute, Kronerbourg and Aspalls Cider Draught. Everything was really good and set the bar high for the remainder of the holiday.

Love the Salisbury! Every single thing about it! If it wasn't 130 mile round trip to get there - I would be there every night! Great atmosphere, great decor, lovely drinks, nice staff - clean, tidy! Perfect!

The location of this pub is in my favourite part of London. The drinks and food are moderately priced. I recommend this place.

Waited 7m at the bar (on Monday) 3 people behind the bar, including one lady looking like a manager, absolutely not a word from anyone. They were happy to chat between themselves. I had to find a better place for a lunch.

Wonderful traditional London pub. Great location with friendly and helpful staff. They remember the customers and even order special drinks in for them.

A Greene King pub, with guest beers (Old Speckled Hen when we visited). Small restaurant at rear. A couple of sidewalk tables. Steep staircase to WCs. Free wifi. Apparently once owned by Big Ben Caunt; a famous bare knuckle pugilist (whose final match - at...More
