Fish & chips rarely get better or more traditional than this! We happened to come across this place by chance, and had one of our most sumptuous meals in London. Our waitress was very courteous and the food was delicious. Portions were large as well....More

I have stopped in several times and never been disappointed. Freshly prepared and reasonably priced. That said, I do prefer Masters at Waterloo.

Perfect food and service although the place is not attractive and it smells a little of fry food. Recommended!

Used this chip pie at least twice a week when I worked in Victoria, always had good haddock and chips freshly cooked. When I retired I had an occasion to visit London (7 years later) and thought I would make an effort to get across...More

Went there on hotel recommendation. As stated, the halibut was good, the cod was much better, and the chips were great as well. Bigger piece of fish is the cod, and it was cheaper.

This was my first fish and chips and I picked this restaurant based on nice reviews (walked 30 minutes off the planned path to get there). The staff were friendly and attentive to the neighboring table, not so much to me. I felt ignored when...More

A bit tricky to find, but this restaurant offers some of the absolute best fish and chips I’ve ever had! The staff was also extremely personally and helpful. Halibut and chips, haddock and chips, cod and chips (my personal favorite!) and fried calamari were all...More

We got the cod and the rock fish. The rock fish was fresh fried and, had that been the only thing we got, I'd give this place five stars. The fried cod was good, but we definitely craved more of the rock fish. Chips were...More

If you only had an afternoon to experience London on a
grand scale, Westminster would be a wise place to
start. The ornate Houses of Parliament and Westminster
Abbey sit adjacent at a corner of Parliament Square,
and a short stroll along The Mall leads to Buckingham
Palace. Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column are just
up the road as well. As captivating as the
architecture is, the wonders of Mother Nature are

Only one plate (cod) was not breaded but it was fried in the same oil as the other.
