Nice food but the atmosphere was ruined by a terrible and annoying Gaelic Irish band playing in the bar. They also ruined the atmosphere by switching the very bright kitchen bar lights on and off every time they served food. A shame because the food...More

Hi Bmwrich, thanks for your feedback. I'm very sorry to hear that you won't be returning despite enjoying your food. The music is only on Thursdays so easily avoided if it's not to your taste. I'll speak to the kitchen team and ask them to...More

I had a huge piece of lamb, my husband had a nice fish fillet. Both were fantastic. Service was excellent, staff was fun, the place is a venerable old establishment. I also love The Wells on the Heath.

The pub looked very inviting in the early evening on a Sunday, we managed to find a table and I ordered fish and chips which was beautifully cooked and the mushy minted peas were a great addition to the dish. Service was good and the...More

My Mum and I met a dear friend of mine here for dinner one evening. We were taken to the back half of the pub. It was as charming as the front. The Pimm's were flowing and fantastic. The food was delicious. The service was...More

Went Friday early evening (1/9/17). Managed to get a fabulous table outside, fantastic rose wine, managed 2 bottles! Became peckish and ordered the mackerel pate. What a delight, tasted fantastic and served with pickles, sourdough bread and a grilled half lemon, so pleased with this...More

We had dinner in this nice and warm pub suggested by my cousin. Everything was perfect: the lamb, the rib-eye steak, the fish pie, the brownie and the crumbles. We had a couple of pint of a very good ale. The staff has been very...More

My friends and I love a trip to Flask, but today's Sunday roast was a real disappointment. The meal was luke warm when it arrived and majorly lacked seasoning. Flask is a great pub with great service and atmosphere, but when you're paying 18 pounds...More

The service was excellent! Alicia was a very attentive, warm and colourful host. The Gnocchi dish with very fresh mozarella is delicious and the desserts are a dream <3. Would definately recommend going here.

This is my favourite pub in London. It's cozy in the winter, has a lovely beer garden at the front in summer. Always has interesting beers; mouth watering versions of English classics that prove that our food isn't all over cooked vegetables and full of...More
