Just moved house and decided to come in for a quick take away sausage and bacon baguette. Cafe looked really pretty and staff seemed to be very attentive.. But At home realised that I just paid over 4£ for 2 bacon and One sad little sausage on my roll. How stingy is that?! Very disappointing, never again.
Seemed pricey for a fry-up but decided to give it a go. Been here a few times now and it's always been amazing. Food is delicious and the portions are very reasonable. Staff is very friendly. The cafe is lovely and nicely decorated, very nice place for a chilled Sunday breakfast

Popular place. Decent welcome. Good sized portions. Reasonable service (had to ask for stuff more than once) but polite. Breakfast was lukewarm on both our meals. Had to eat it quick to avoid cold. As I say, popular with locals but could do better...
I often visit here for lunch or a drink and chat with friends. The menu offers a good range of healthy options. Good for vegetarians. The fresh mint tea is great. We are never hurried and there is a nice relaxed atmosphere. Recommended.
Would be a pleasant cafe if it wasn't for the constant Beatles piped music so loud that it intrudes on conversation. I asked them to turn it down but still annoying. I am a huge Beatles fan but want to listen to it when I choose and not have it forced down my throat.
